To Any One Unfortunate Enough to Have a House Fire.

 After our disastrous fire in April of 2008 my wife and I were truly devastated.  We had mentioned to our insurance adjuster that we wanted to interview at least three fire recovery / re-building companies.

 The first company we met with was Texas Reconstruction for the rebuild and Clean Magic for the cleaning side of the solution.  After our initial meeting with Robert (TRC), Juan (Clean Magic) and our insurance adjuster we made the decision not to meet with any other companies.

 After the fact my wife and I believe we were right on.  Our house looks fantastic with absolutely no after fire odor.  Our upgrades to the kitchen and master bathroom are above and beyond.

 I believe response to concerns is what separates the great companies from just plain old good companies.  TRC’s response has been fantastic.  The date this letter is getting written is November 5, 2008.  Our letter of satisfaction was signed on October 3 to our insurance company.  We are still in contact with TRC on small issues that have come up.

The response we receive now is as fast and as quick as it has always been.

To sum it up, TRC as well as Clean Magic have made our situation easier to handle.  Their support through out has confirmed we made the correct decision.
