Meet the Texas ReConstruction team:

Cory Boggess, Owner/General Manager

Cory joined TRC in the summer of 2012 after several years as a practicing attorney. Cory focuses on the overall operations of TRC. His background in project management and legal practice gives him the versatility to help TRC achieve efficient, effective, and satisfying results in all phases of the business. Cory studied at Texas Tech University and lives in Fort Worth with his wife and their three boys.

Casey Boggess, Owner/Head of Operations

Casey joined Texas Reconstruction in 2009 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Master’s Degree. As our production manager, Casey handles the day to day activity of the jobs in progress. Casey has the unique ability to balance the needs of our customers with the needs of the project in order to make sure each project is completed with professionalism and timeliness. Casey is a licensed property adjuster and IICRC certified.

April Gibson, Office Manager

April joined Texas Reconstruction in the Fall of 2014 as our administrative assistant, and in 2016 became our Office Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has her property/casualty insurance license.

Robert Walton, Sales/Estimating

Robert works in sales and estimating and has 22 years of experience in the restoration industry. He is a licensed property adjuster, an expert Xactimate estimator and is IICRC certified. Robert interfaces with the adjuster and homeowner to provide an accurate assesment of damages and repairs. He has served in the capacity of appraiser and umpire to help settle disputes between homeowners and insurance carriers.

Robert is a native Texan, has been married to his wife Sandra 42 years and they have two children and six grandchildren.

Clayton Tomlinson, Sales/Estimating

Clayton Tomlinson has an extensive background in estimating home damage. Clayton owned his own water mitigation franchise in East texas for over 15 years. He now lives in Justin with his wife, Kristy. In his free time, Clayton enjoys riding motorcycles, scuba diving and taking long vacations with his family. He has 2 children and is a proud grandpa. 

Stephanie Kasper, Sales/Estimator

Stephanie worked as a large-loss adjuster for Farmers Insurance for 6 years and in the insurance industry for a total of 19 years. Stephanie brings a unique perspective to all her projects. Stephanie excels at organization and a thorough approach to all her work. Stephanie has two adult kids and two dogs. She is a native of California, and graduated from University of California at San Diego.

Jerod Todd, Project Manager

Jerod joined TRC in the fall of 2013.  Jerod has several years of experience in commercial construction and is OSHA Plus certified. He assists the Production Manager in all phases of project management. Jerod is a native Texan and attended Texas Tech University.

Matt Frank, Mitigation Manager

Matt Frank has been a Mitigation Technician and Project Manager for 12 years in the industry. He has an extensive background in water damage response, clean up and prevention. In his free time Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, BBQ's with family and exercising. Matt recently married his wife in 2018, they have been together for four years.
