Know Us Before You Need Us

The hard part about the reconstruction business is that know one is actively looking for a home repair contractor before their home is damaged. The first encounter with anyone in the reconstruction business is while staring at two inches of standing water on you living room floor because the hot water heater burst while everyone was gone for the weekend; everything is soaked, walls and ceilings are bulging and personal belongings are ruined.

No one ever does research about who to use for all the reconstruction repairs. Their first call is to the insurance company and from there, most people will just do whatever they are told. The problem is, the customer has all the power. The customer has the right to determine who does the water mitigation, smoke cleanup, content restoring and ultimately, the reconstruction and repair process on the home. Regardless if it was fire damage, water damage, storm damage or whatever, the customer gets to choose.

Unfortunately, there have been so many third party programs created to take advantage of the fact that customers don't know what to do after a loss. The repair process gets automated, dehumanized and controlled remotely from miles away.

The purpose of this Blog is going to be to educate and inform the customer, but also to help people get to know who Texas ReConstruction is. What we stand for, and why, if you need home repairs in Fort Worth, we will be the only call you need to make. We are local, and we have been in business for 50 years. We keep the reconstruction and restoration process personal. We communicate and we always follow through.

I don't expect you to take our word for it. I hope to prove that to you through posts about what we have done in the past, what are doing now and what we will be doing in the future. Hopefully, you'll find this blog before you need to call in a damage restoration contractor. If that happens, I am confident that you will know that one call to Texas ReConstruction is all you need to make. If I've done my job right, you will know us before you need us.
